Kaizuken Entertainment provides digital creative services, custom-designed work, and branded merchandise through both direct services and third-party fulfillment platforms.

​

Due to the nature of digital content, custom-made designs, and print-on-demand merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
This policy exists to protect our company, intellectual property, creative effort, and reputation from misuse, fraud, chargebacks, and malicious claims.

1. Absolutely No Refunds — No Exceptions

Kaizuken Entertainment does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:

🔹 Digital & Creative Services

  • Illustrations

  • Artwork

  • Webcomic pages

  • Storyboards

  • Character designs

  • Animatics

  • Music editing

  • Lyric writing

  • Design assets

  • Any digital or creative service

🔹 Custom Designs (Digital or Physical)

​

  • Custom-made designs

  • Personalized artwork

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Client-requested creative work

​

🔹 Physical Merchandise

​

  • Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

  • Posters

  • Stickers

  • Accessories

  • Any print-on-demand or physical product

 

Once an order is placed or work has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.

2. Third-Party Merchandise Disclaimer (Important)

​

Kaizuken Entertainment does not manufacture, print, ship, or process refunds for physical merchandise.

All merchandise is fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand platforms,

including but not limited to:

  • Zazzle

  • Redbubble

  • Other merchandise partners

Kaizuken Entertainment is not responsible for:

​

  • Product quality preferences

  • Size or fit dissatisfaction

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs or delivery issues

  • Refunds or replacements

All merchandise purchases are made at your own risk.
By purchasing Kaizuken merchandise, you acknowledge that Kaizuken Entertainment holds zero refund liability and that all transactions are final.

3. Client / Customer Responsibility

​

Before purchasing or commissioning any product or service, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product descriptions carefully

  • Understanding that art and design are subjective

  • Providing accurate instructions and references

  • Accepting creative interpretation

​

Disliking a design, style, interpretation, or outcome is not a valid reason for a refund.

​

4. No Project Cancellations with Refunds

If a client:

  • Cancels a project

  • Changes their mind

  • Stops responding

  • Refuses to continue

​

No refund will be issued, regardless of project stage.

Any completed or partially completed work remains the property of Kaizuken Entertainment, unless usage rights were explicitly granted in writing.

5. Revisions Do Not Equal Refunds

  • Revisions are not guaranteed

  • Revisions are provided only if explicitly agreed upon

  • Additional revisions or scope changes may require extra payment

Requesting revisions does not make a project refundable.

6. Digital Delivery = Project Completion

Once any digital file, preview, or final output is delivered:

  • The project is considered completed

  • No refunds, reversals, or disputes are permitted

​

Kaizuken Entertainment is not responsible for:

​

  • Lost files

  • Device issues

  • Internet or download problems

  • User-side technical failures

​

7. Fraud, Chargebacks & Malicious Activity

Any attempt to:

  • File false claims

  • Initiate chargebacks

  • Abuse payment systems

  • Defame the brand using false reviews or complaints

​

May result in:

​

  • Immediate service termination

  • Permanent ban from future services

  • Revocation of all usage rights

  • Legal action where applicable

We maintain detailed records, timestamps, proofs, and communication logs to protect against fraudulent activity.

​

8. Zero Tolerance — No Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Artistic dissatisfaction

  • Unrealistic expectations

  • Misunderstanding of services

  • Client-caused delays

  • Failure to read descriptions or policies

No exceptions will be made.

9. Legal Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing, commissioning, or using any Kaizuken Entertainment service or product, you:

​

  • Fully accept this No-Refund Policy

  • Waive any right to dispute charges

  • Agree not to hold Kaizuken Entertainment liable for dissatisfaction

Kaizuken Entertainment reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or change this policy at any time, without prior notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of our services or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
