• Music edits (including AI-assisted enhancements)

• Original compositions

• Sound design assets

1.4 Digital, Brand & Multimedia Content

• Logos, names & branding elements

• Design systems & visual assets

• Promotional & marketing materials

• Website layout, UI text & creative structure

• Any internally developed creative output

All content is automatically protected from the moment of creation, whether published or unpublished.

2. Strictly Prohibited Use

No individual, company, platform, or automated system may, without explicit written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, or mirror content

• Repost or redistribute content

• Modify, adapt, translate, or alter content

• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content

• Claim ownership or authorship

• Archive, scrape, or data-mine content

• Use content for personal, commercial, or educational purposes

• Use content for AI training, datasets, machine learning, or generative systems

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in immediate legal action.

3. AI, Scraping & Dataset Prohibition

4. Company-Owned vs. Client-Commissioned Work

• Sign a formal license agreement (if approved)

• Comply with all stated usage limitations

Without written authorization, no usage is permitted.
